Storage Periods of Data Owners' Personal Data

Even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized by Kurutma Dünyası if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated.

Kurutma Dünyası will be able to retain personal data, in accordance with the Law, for use within the scope of any possible dispute that may arise, during the limitation periods determined by the relevant legislation.   • Complies with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant lawsRequesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed as such, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

  • Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

  • Request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

It takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security.

2. Enforcement of the Website Privacy Policy

​

Website Privacy Policy is dated 14.09.2023. If the entire Policy or certain articles are renewed, the effective date of the Policy will be updated.
